PRODUCT SUPPORT & ENGINEERING
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Repair-and-Upgrade-e1581210886277-1536x514.jpg

Product development means more than just the support or redevelopment of products. It starts with a unique idea and requires all the right elements to bring a new product to life.  Our engineers have the capability to understand the complexity of developing new products. We start with a problem-solving approach to improve the quality of new or existing products and ultimately to enhance the end-user experience.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

Many customers deal with products and equipment that need upgrading. Crucial product information represents a key part of this process. However, the OEM may no longer provide this.

We help and support our customers with these needs.

PROTOTYPING

In order to prove a design concept or test a prototype, small-run batches of products are needed.

The right partner in the prototyping stage represents the key to success. You need engineering and product design help, also guidance regarding the manufacturability of the product or component that you need.

Our engineers have many years of product-design experience and feel happy to help and offer insights

  • What is An Electro-Mechanical Assembly?
An electro-mechanical assembly is a system that combines electrical and mechanical components to perform a specific function. These assemblies are used in a wide range of devices and applications—from simple tasks like switching on a light to more complex operations like controlling power distribution or interacting with computer systems. They typically include parts such as wires, circuit boards, switches, motors, and mechanical enclosures. Everything must be precisely connected and assembled to ensure the entire system works correctly. And though modern technology allows many of these functions to be done with integrated circuits, electro-mechanical systems are still preferred in some cases because they’re easier to repair, customize, or upgrade. Common types include: Controller Apparatus Box Builds Power Supplies Subassemblies and Final Assemblies Faceplate Assemblies Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Devices Electro-mechanical assemblies are often built by hand because of the detailed precision they require. At HELTRONICS, skilled technicians are essential to this process. They're trained not only in technical tasks like soldering and wire management but also in identifying and solving issues quickly. Their expertise helps streamline production and ensures each assembly meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
